• Edit, organize and update marketing material
• Prepare newsletters with photos on HTML or similar format
• Organize and file all e-marketing material
• Prepare holiday cards
• Prepare e-mails with invites for special events. Mass e-mailing
• Assisting web designer with website updating. Keep track, update and correct third party websites that have our information.
• Help create ads, clear and efficient message, evaluate media outlets, negotiate rates
